A New Platform for Experiencing the Allure and Value of Imported Cars
An Interactive Display That Brings the Beauty of Cars into Daily Life
|YANASE BRAND SQUARE Fukuoka|

Rebranded under the concept of “OWNER’S VACATION HOUSE,” the Fukuoka location of YANASE BRAND SQUARE was redesigned as an “urban resort” that emphasizes harmony with the city. The goal was to establish the dealership as a local landmark, blending sophisticated design with the brand’s core values. INCROCCE was responsible for crafting displays that visually express the synergy between imported vehicles and refined lifestyles. At the heart of the display strategy were upcycled objects made from actual vehicle parts—each piece carefully designed to highlight the structural beauty of cars while harmonizing with the interior space.

Property Details and Spatial Concept
The space was redeveloped around the theme of an “urban resort,” emphasizing the seamless integration between luxury cars and contemporary urban lifestyles. The display design needed to convey the brand image while making the affinity between people and cars visually accessible.
Interior Design Challenges
Clearly communicating the brand identity through display design
Reframing vehicle parts as “intelligently upcycled” objects—not waste
Balancing visual interest with harmony in the overall interior design
Our Proposal
We created a space centered on upcycled objects and relief panels reconstructed from real car parts sourced from decommissioned vehicles and maintenance replacements. These objects visually emphasized the compatibility between cars and design, presenting the structure and form of automobiles as sculptural art.
Additionally, for the kids’ area, we proposed a playful “miniature city” table with movable wooden trees and buildings, encouraging hands-on interaction and imaginative exploration by children.
Installation and Technical Execution
Components|Upcycled objects, interior accessories, faux greenery, automotive coffee table books
Visual Approach|Monotone color palette accented with greenery for a refined yet approachable look
Results and Impact
Visitors commented, “Seeing real parts on display gets me excited!”
Staff noted that the displays created more opportunities to start conversations and helped foster a deeper sense of pride in the brand.
The successful concept has since been adapted at other YANASE locations, including the Urayasu showroom.
