-What we value-
Sustainable Space Creation and Circulation Design
At Incrocce, we center our work on “designs in harmony with nature,” “circular product creation,” and “co-creation with local communities” to craft spatial experiences and develop products for commercial facilities, retail stores, and lodging.
We go beyond the buzzword “sustainability,” embracing values such as “built to last,” “make use rather than discard,” and “leave a legacy for the next generation” in every design decision we make.
Incrocce’s 5 Sustainable Policies
Harmony with Nature
Based in the satoyama of Fukuyama, Hiroshima, we cherish the natural resources and materials hidden in our region. By incorporating natural woods, reclaimed timbers, and even high-quality artificial greenery, we bring a sense of comfort and warmth into commercial and retail spaces alike.
Built to Last
Rather than disposable solutions, we design with repairability and updatability in mind. Our fixtures and displays are conceived for easy reconfiguration, ensuring long-term cost effectiveness and reduced environmental impact.
Upcycling the Unwanted
We breathe new life into dismantled fixtures, discarded materials, and even old garments. Projects like our art-furniture line “nejiru” exemplify how we transform what would be waste into vibrant, upcycled works.
Giving Back to the Community
By using locally sourced materials and partnering with regional artisans, we practice “local production for local creation,” fostering economic and cultural circulation. Our goal is that each display and spatial concept becomes a beloved part of the local landscape.
Designing with the Future in Mind
We aim to create interiors and environments that future generations will be proud to inherit—spaces they’ll want to use and preserve. Beyond the immediate delivery, we pursue designs with enduring value, educational impact, and cultural significance.
