Bringing Color and Energy to a Stylish Salon

In the salon industry, interior design plays a critical role in shaping the brand image. Even with a well-designed space, shifts in trends and time often lead to the desire for renewal—whether it’s to invigorate the atmosphere or enhance customer experience. LAZO barco approached INCROCCE with a clear request: to refresh the impression of their salon by adding vibrancy to the interior walls. In response, INCROCCE proposed, designed, and installed a series of dynamic art panels that introduced color and visual motion into the existing cool-toned environment, breathing new life into the space.

Property Details and Spatial Concept

INCROCCE has been involved with LAZO since its original opening, handling interior design and custom fixtures. The salon features a cool industrial style with wood and iron materials, giving it a bold and refined character. Over time, the owner expressed the desire to shift the impression slightly—adding a sense of liveliness and freshness to better engage with clients. To meet this need, we created a custom art panel display designed to complement the existing robust materials while introducing new color and energy.

Interior Design Challenges and Solutions

To enhance the salon’s wood, mortar, and iron-based interior, we developed art panels that served as accent pieces—offering visual contrast without clashing. Using abstract patterns and soft curves, we introduced a sense of motion and vibrancy to balance the hardness of the environment. Careful consideration was given to panel placement and sightlines, ensuring an appealing visual impact both from the entrance and the customer seating areas. The design was crafted with spatial sensitivity, enhancing both the customer experience and the overall brand atmosphere.

Installation and Technical Execution

The art panels were composed of painted wood frames integrated with foil and textured materials to achieve a rich, layered finish. They were mounted using screws in a way that allows for easy future replacement, ensuring adaptability over time. By mixing panels of varying sizes and finishes, we created a rhythm and “intentional randomness” that expressed a vibrant, curated chaos—perfectly aligned with the salon’s evolving identity.
